Since 1999, ISC Lahore students have been receiving High Achiever Certificates from Edexcel UK, a leading provider of internationally recognized examinations. In fact, fifty-three Highest Achiever certificates have been bestowed on ISC Lahore students from 1999-2007 for recording top scores in various O Level and A Level examinations. Moreover, these top achievers are further ranked according to their performance on Edexcel exams.

This year, Syed Mohammad Ali Hassan is the ISC-Lahore student who was one of the highest scoring candidates in Edexcel GCE May/June 2008 examinations. The news of the achievement was conveyed in a letter from the British Council in Lahore. “Syed Mohammad Ali Hassan was amongst the top ten worldwide international students who achieved the highest overall marks in GCE O-level Physics and we like to offer our congratulation on this excellent performance,” stated the British Council letter.

Syed Mohammad Ali Hassan also received “Top Ten in the World” Award in Mathematics in 2007. His two teachers, Dr. Naveed Khawaja (Physics) and Mr. Waseem Jafary (Mathematics), take credit and pride in his extraordinary achievement.
