Documents for Entry to KG1, KGII, Grade 1
The school requires that the following documents with the completed application form be submitted to the school before a child is interviewed:
- Three recent photographs.
- A copy of the child’s passport or a copy of the Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate.
Documents for Entry to Grade 2-10
The school requires that the following documents with the completed application form be submitted to the school before the child is administered a diagnostic test in English and mathematics.
- Three recent photographs.
- A copy of the child’s passport or a copy of the Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate.
- A copy of the child’s academic report from his last promotion.

Admission to Grade 11
After submitting the application form along with documents (same as those required for grades 2-10), a meeting with the Director is required. The Director will determine the tests, if any, to be taken. |

Admission to Grade 12
The application and documents as above plus O-Level results must be submitted. Those admitted to grade 12 are allowed to study for A Level only. A meeting with the Director is required.
NB: To earn the High School Diploma, the student must complete a minimum of 2 years, i.e. grades 11 and 12 at ISC-Lahore. |
