ISC Lahore is introducing “Text Notification Service” to convey to parents and guardians all the necessary and important updates through sending text messages on their cell phones. This new service will bring parents and ISC Lahore into close contact and cooperation.
Accelerated Reader (AR) Program was inaugurated for Teachers on Thursday, November 13, 2008. All teachers were very excited about launching of the AR Program in ISC Lahore – 1st ever in any school of Pakistan. Teachers also wrote their comments in the Visitors Book regarding the AR Program

Classes have been resumed after Eid-ul-Fitr holidays on Monday, October 06, 2008

August 25 – 29, 2008 was marked Staff Orientation Week – the major, school – wide preparation and training for the start for the academic year 2008-2009.
ISC Lahore inaugurated the new academic year 2008 – 2009 on Monday, September 1, 2008. Over 1500 students started classes in KG1 to G13.
ISC Lahore opened, on June 11, 2008, a grand exhibition of photographs celebrating our 15th anniversary
Staff dinner: Was held on June 17, 2008 at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore.
Summer School: The 2008 Summer School, completely organized and run by grade 11 and 12 students, begins on August 4 and ends on August 22.
Our School ISC Lahore > Campus Activities

The International School of Choueifat – Lahore offers a broad range of extracurricular activities, which can be physical, academic, or cultural. Students have one Student Life period each day to engage in these activities. From Grade 7 upward, students may stay after school from 4:00-5:00 pm and on weekends. Sports activities often include basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, hockey, softball, rounders, table tennis, cricket, swimming, and track and field.

Arts and crafts activities often include silk painting, glass painting, block printing, screen printing, embroidery, needlework, and knitting.

Board games such as chess, Monopoly, and Scrabble® are also offered.

 

Clubs have been formed at ISC-Lahore for singing, art, keyboard, computer, newspaper, and languages, including German, French, Chinese, and Japanese. The English and Urdu Drama Clubs are a great favorite amongst students.
In addition, the school runs a very effective Saturday School program for students in grades 7-12, offering a special two-hour study class to review basic questions for English, mathematics, and the sciences. Retake study lessons for grades 7-11 are mandatory for students who fail the SABIS Academic Monitoring System® (SABIS AMS®) exams. There are also peer tutoring lessons for students in grades 7-11 and reinforcement classes for grades 6-9.
